First Steps In Working Together and “Pro-Bono" Commitment


Our first step will be to schedule a briefing call to discuss your needs (e.g., coaching referral for hi po leader; facilitate executive team meeting; design leadership architecture or development program modules, etc.).  


We offer “a pro-bono” discovery process which includes interviews with lead executive, referring manager or coachees. Once the discovery needs assessment is complete, we will draft a proposal with development solution options, a workplan, and fees that meet your budget requirements. (You can see examples of our approach/client work plans in each the 3 services areas: Catalyze, Orchestrate, and Design/Build.)


Additionally, if there is a specific skillset or background area required to be most effective, 
we can offer a team of experts from our Leadership Associates/Partners as appropriate.


We have developed key partnerships with several firms to provide depth and expertise to our client engagements. Each Leadership Associate represents over a decade of experience working together—and expands our capabilities in key services areas: catalyzing executive assessment and coaching, orchestrating strategy alignment and executive team effectiveness, and design/building of leader strategy and development programs.
